[turbobike] plugging off vacuum to diaphragms

Does anyone out there have there vacuum ports that lead to the
diaphragms, plugged? This would cause the diaphragms to be strictly
boost controlled. What are the pros and cons on this subject. Come on
fellas input- input- elaborate- elaborate.n
