  Hi All,
I have been a lurker on this list for months and I have decided That I =
really need to turbocharge something.
However, this being my first attempt at turbocharging anything I would =
like to try and keep it on the cheap.
I have an old 76 honda 550k model as a test subject and Joe Haile's book =
as a guide.  I would like to make the system my self using as many =
junkyard pieces as possible.  I am a master Toyota tech, so I dont think =
the wrenching should be a problem.  I'm looking for a starting point --- =
blowthru or drawthru?  what type of current autos hve applicable turbos =
and such.  Anyone have any experience with smaller displacment engines =
or even the honda 550? Or advice on a homemade system?  Any advice would =
be welcome.
