> Perhaps you were running a bit on the rich side? Not when it was running on the main jet! Slow running - Now that was a different matter altogether, but not relevant in this case. Pull the pipe off the carb and fuel would come out like you were holding a garden hose. Ok when connected to the carburetor it had the restriction of the needle valve, but even this was a pretty high flow affair. All I can say is I got away with it. (Maybe I was lucky!)
