Hi All, I need some assistance, and I hope someone has an answer out there. My Hayabusa f/i system is sick. My throttle sticks, or does not want to return when you open it up. This is not safe........ :( I have removed the air cleaner and noticed that the throttle bodies, near the butterfly valve has a brownish varnish (sticky stuff) on them. I think this is causing my non return problem. Do any of you have an idea on why the varnish would just start to build up. This appears to have happened very quickly (past 1-2 days). So any ideas on what is causing this? I would guess the best way to clean up this mess is to remove the TB from the engine, right?
