 on my airbox, so I know approximately where the slides are at this rpm

You did exactly what my tuner and I were considering (the see thru cover on 
the airbox).As far as needles I cant help you there as I am still using the 
ones that came in my Dynojet kit when I did the pipe and jet kit.When you 
find out something that works please let me know.
At least you have the benefit of the 02 Sensor I did all my tuning without 
one.I think there is still HP to be gained on my bike with more tuning.But 
after dynorun #110 then bike was running decent and I wanted to ride.
